In 2014, husband and wife team Gail and Miles Curley fell in love with this beautiful palacio vowing to recreate the decadent luxury of days gone by and restoring the space to include the original features and amazing garden. Fast forward and their dreams have been realised, (incredible to think they even had to survive a global pandemic! ) and Palacio Principe Real is now a stunning 27 room boutique hotel.

Individually designed bedrooms come with a SMEG fridge filled with little treats and individual touches abound. Located in the heart of Lisbon's trendy Príncipe Real, the hotel offers a large garden, heated swimming pool, and wellness rooms. Their sustainability practices are impressive and the owners even produce their own extra virgin olive oil. An a- la -carte breakfast menu is also included in the price.
